Earning points through purchase: When you make a purchase at J SELECT’s physical stores or online store, or Jebsen Consumer Products Service Centre, present or login your jrewards membership identity to earn 1 point for every HK$1 you spend.
Earning points through promotional activities: You can earn points when you sign up for a jrewards member account at J SELECT or Jebsen Consumer Products Service Centre, or via jselect.com or www.jebsenconsumer.com, register products online for warranty or participate in selected promotional activities. For more details, visit www.jebsenconsumer.com/jrewards.
If any of the below scenario happens while you purchase or participate into promotional activities, points will not be entitled:
- Fail to present valid jrewards membership identity while purchase/participate into promotional activities;
- Fail to complete the payment while purchase;
- Specific promotional activities (depends on special terms and conditions);
- Cash coupons, discounts, delivery fee and amount paid with points are not included in the calculation of earning points. For example, the price of product is HK$250 and redeemed $100 from points, the net purchase amount would be HK$150. You can earn 150 points from this transaction.
Every 1,000 points earned can be redeemed for HK$10 off your next transaction. To redeem at J SELECT retail store or Jebsen Consumer Products Service Centre, simply present your jrewards membership identity at time of purchase. To redeem at J SELECT online store, login your account, check and select the amount payable with points at checkout page for placing order. Points will be deducted from your account immediately.
However, the amount payable with points can only be applied in whole multiples of $10, with any outstanding balance covered by an alternate payment method. For example, for a HK$220 product, you can only pay a maximum of 20 x HK$10 with points.
If your order is cancelled or refunded, any points earned will be deducted from your account, while any points used will be refunded within 14 working days after the refund has been made.
No, whether the account is in your name, or someone else's, points cannot be transferred.
No, this membership programme is valid in Hong Kong only.
Starts from 1 July 2023, the point calculation cycle of jrewards Points starts on 1 January each year and ends on 31 December the same year (both dates inclusive). Points earned between 1 January and 30 June will expire on 31 December in the same year, while Points earned between 1 July and 31 December will expire on 30 June the following year. Any unused point will be forfeited after the expiry date. You may check your point balance in "jrewards" tab after you log in to www.jselect.com or www.jebsenconsumer.com.
